This course is designed for the beginning yogi in secondary education. In this 40 week course, students will learn correct alignment in
at least 25 traditional poses to strengthen and tone the body including those standing, balancing, sitting, forward bending, twisting,
and inverting. This curriculum will also teach health benefits associated with each pose, most efficient use of breath and energy, as
well as recognition of personal strengths and areas where more practice is needed.
