you folks start signing on today is our second day of spirit week it is Mark showing so Halloween in March therefore you can wear a costume today so I put on my mouse costume I know you can't see all of it but I got my mouse ears on today tomorrow College and Career dress Daiso I hope that everybody can get signed up and wear some College and Career clothes and post a photo to Facebook for us tomorrow I'll go ahead and get started with our iBooks for today because yesterday was sportsday I was in the mood to find a book that relates to some sports so I found a book that has a team involved the book we will be reading today is Miss Nelson Has a Field Day this is by Harry Allard and it was created by James Marshall are these books are very well-known the Miss Nelson so I look forward to reading this with you here today today we're going to be working on making predictions while we read and when you look at the front cover when you look at the title page you start to make predictions so already here I have some predictions about best book first of all title is about Miss Nelson and usually when I think Miss Nelson mr. Nelson I think of a teacher and so I'm predicting that this book will have something to do with a teacher and also because I saw the football players on the Giants football team for some weeks now Gloom had blanketed the horse Beast medley School knowing even smiled Miss Nelson was worried everyone was down and I don't even the cafeteria ladies had lost their Sparkle Mr Bland swear it was so depressed he hid under his desk it's the worst team in the whole state and it was true the Smedley tornadoes were just paid they hadn't won a game all year they hadn't even scored a single point and lately they seemed only interested in horsing around and giving them the business they said will only lose anyway in for it now settle pop Hanson the janitor the big sinks giving game is coming up and the werewolves from Central are real animals don't make mincemeat out of our team what's to be done sadness Nelson we need a real expert set pop that afternoon mamas Nelson with grading papers she heard wild laughter it was coming Teachers Lounge so now stop here and sink do you have any predictions what do you predict is going to happen in that big Thanksgiving game what do you think this laughter is that's coming from the teachers loan why are the teachers left for you make your predictions make your guesses now and again will keep reading to see if you're right in the Teachers Lounge coach Armstrong had cracked up I'll make us a fresh pot of coffee side Miss Nelson when coach had calms down Miss Nelson took him home in a taxi you need a nice long rest she said the next day it was announced over the intercom that coach Armstrong would be out for a long time with measles who will take his place said the kids okay what do you predict who will take his place if you're on a computer at home if you're able to type in your predictions go ahead type into your computer into your phone your guess is your predictions who will take coaches place when was Nelson pass by Lulu's after school serious discussion was going on inside the restaurant we need someone who can really get the team into shape for the big Thanksgiving game said one kid someone who knows how to get too bad Miss Viola Swamp isn't around set another who said a kid who is new in town oh you've never heard of oil a swamp so the first kid she's the meanest substitute in the whole wide world she's a real witch she's have no trouble getting results mr.
